Responsibilities

Supply Chain / Material Planning

Ensuring timely material availability
Planning and coordination of delivery dates and inventory levels
Collaboration with production, quality, purchasing, and other interfaces
Maintenance of master data
Support with analyses, key figures, and process documentation

Development perspective: after successful onboarding, there is an opportunity to take on additional responsibility as an SAP Key User.

Possible additional tasks as an SAP Key User:

Support in the further development and optimization of SAP processes
Execution of simple functional tests
Creation of brief instructions and user support
Maintenance and quality assurance of relevant SAP master data

Qualifications

Commercial or technical training or initial experience in the supply chain area
Good knowledge of MS Office
Initial experience with SAP S/4HANA or willingness to learn
Good German and English skills
Interest in processes, organization, and IT systems
Structured and team-oriented way of working
