The KAM acts as the primary commercial contact for customers, contributing to the broader IAS growth strategy.
- Act as the main contact for assigned OEM and Tier 1 accounts
- Develop and implement regional account strategies aligned with global sales objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through new leads
- Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, terms) in line with company guidelines
- Monitor account performance, manage demand forecasting, and support sales planning
- Ensure timely resolution of commercial issues while fostering long-term partnerships
