Responsibilities

This position combines innovation, technology, and practical application by developing new products and processes, evaluating them from a technical perspective, and bringing them from the initial idea through to production. The responsibilities include:

Development of new products and processes
Optimization of existing solutions (cost, functionality, manufacturability)
Leading and contributing to innovation and R&D projects
Creation of technical documentation
Support during industrialization and production
Monitoring new technologies and trends

Qualifications

Completed degree in engineering
Interest in innovation and technical solutions
Very good German and English skills; Italian is an advantage
Team-oriented, analytical, and flexible
