Responsibilities

Implement Lean tools across the organization
Lead and manage Kaizen projects
Integrate MTM analyses into production processes
Propose new solutions to improve process efficiency
Implement corrective actions
Improve workplace ergonomics
Optimize cycle times
Lead Lean trainings & workshops
Prepare standards, training materials, analyses & reports

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a similar role in manufacturing
Technical background (mechanical, chemical, materials engineering)
Knowledge of Lean methods (5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Poka‑Yoke, Visual Management)
Experience with MOST/MTM
Analytical mindset, teamwork, flexibility
English level B2
