Responsibilities

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and committed maternity leave replacement in the Technology department starting in August, limited to 1 year.


  • You handle a variety of administrative tasks in daily operations
  • You coordinate appointments, meetings, and workflows
  • You act as a contact person for internal and external matters
  • You maintain and manage data, documents, and filing systems
  • You support the team with organizational tasks and projects
  • You take care of general office organization

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in an administrative role in a technical environment is an advantage
  • Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Team spirit and flexibility
