Responsibilities

Do you want to actively shape the future of mobility and help develop innovative products for the automotive industry? Then join our team, where you will contribute to the following tasks:

Development and design of products for the automotive industry
Management of projects from concept to series production
Creation of concepts, calculations, and technical drawings
Planning and supervision of tests and validations
Participation in design reviews and customer presentations

Qualifications

Completed technical education
Experience in design/development, ideally in the automotive sector
Very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German and/or Italian
CAD skills and a structured way of working
Team spirit and strong communication skills

Compensation

Starting salary from €32,000 per year on a full-time basis, classified according to the Metal Industry collective agreement
Depending on your education/qualifications and experience, your compensation may be higher
Annual variable production bonus
