Responsibilities

Support in organizing and coordinating workflows in the goods receipt and goods dispatch areas
Participation in day-to-day operations
Coordination and monitoring of goods acceptance, goods receipt posting, and goods dispatch processes
Responsibility for maintaining quality standards, occupational safety, and cleanliness in the warehouse area
Training and onboarding of new employees as well as support with personnel planning
Collaboration with other departments such as material planning, customer planning, and production planning

Qualifications

Ideally, experience in materials management
Good MS Office skills
Interest in a responsible role and motivation to coordinate a small team
Reliable and calm working style
Strong organizational skills and commitment
Willingness to work shifts and flexibility
