Responsibilities

As an integral part of the purchasing team, a supplier sampling specialist ensures that supplier samples are technically correct, fully documented, and ready for project approval.

Requesting, reviewing, and approving supplier samples
Ensuring complete and accurate material data entries
Close collaboration with the project team and the customer sampling team
Organizing the measurement of supplier samples and tracking the results
Assisting with purchasing activities and supporting the purchasing team

Qualifications

Completed technical education – high school graduates are welcome
Experience in quality, sampling, or supplier management is an advantage
Confident in reading technical drawings
Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
