Responsibilities

Monitoring and improving production processes
Ensuring stable operations in manufacturing
Evaluating process and production data
Defining tolerances and intervention limits
Creating and maintaining run cards and documentation
Analyzing cycle times and scrap rates
Deriving and implementing corrective actions in case of deviations
Supporting internal complaint handling (in cooperation with Quality Assurance)
Training and instructing employees on machines and equipment

Qualifications

Technical education (technical school or vocational school) or several years of experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Flexibility, resilience, and strong communication skills
Good German and Italian language skills
